Belfast South Community Resources (BSCR) is a voluntary community development body. For over 18 years BSCR has contributed to the development, regeneration, and enhancement of the quality of life for residents of South Belfast. The primary vision of the BSCR is “To create a hub of community activity, where individuals and groups of people can fulfil their potential by providing access to quality services and support”.
